Recently purchased a Ram 1500 from Prestige after consulting with four other dealerships. They offered the best service, best prices, and overall a good buying experience. Had an issue after taking delivery and Jamil went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. Feels odd saying a dealership did a good job, but I can confidently say Prestige did! Thanks Jamil

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the experience I had here. I brought my car in for a specific issue and spent nearly $6,000 expecting it to be properly diagnosed and repaired. The car stayed in the shop for two weeks, only for the check engine light to come back on less than 24 hours after I picked it up.

Even worse, I was later told that the work they performed wouldn’t have fixed the original problem anyway. So why was I charged thousands of dollars for repairs that weren’t even relevant to the issue I brought it in for?

They keep saying they followed the "right steps," but clearly they didn’t — because my car is still barely drivable and the problem remains unresolved. I feel completely taken advantage of.

I’ll now be taking my car somewhere else to finally get a proper diagnosis and repair. This experience has cost me time, money, and trust.
This service department is either completely incompetent or intentionally misleading — maybe both. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

If it could give give zero i would. We took our van in to get repaired because the first dealership couldn't. First I scheduled a time with them. When I arrived at the time they scheduled they said they don't do diagnostic on Saturday and would need to keep a few days because they were backed up. So we left the vehicle with them for 5 days. They found what was wrong and gave us a call telling us they needed to order a part and they would give us a call after the holiday. No call so I decided to call them. When I spoke with the advisor he informed me they would not repair my vehicle cause there are too many people coming from other dealerships complaining about their service. Mind you we also asked for a oil change and they didnt do that and it would be done when they get the car back for the repair. Why would you not contact me immediately instead waiting for me to call them. I believe it is worthy to note our van is at 35500 miles. I bet if this wasn't a warranty issue they would have no problem repairing the van. I would avoid due to lack of communication alone. Then add on the other things we experienced.

I have been taking my Wrangler and diesel MegaCab here for 3 years now for service. We always deal with Andy. He is very professional, keeps us updated on the process of our vehicle repairs and takes care of issues they spot without us needing another appointment. My vehicle is always clean when I pick it up. I love that the cashier checks my ID when I’m paying, for my protection. Overall great experiences here, highly recommend!
