Hello, I have a Dell laptop that i would like to sell. It does need to stay connected otherwise it dies fast, but still works great. Maybe its just an issue with the battery?? Great for starters like young kids for home work. I forgot my password and cannot sign in, its asking me for a USB to renew it and Im not a tech savvy person so I rather sell it.
