Ikea Sofa Bed Very durable Easy to clean with removable covers 4 pillows Some parts can be disassembled with some tools But still, it's heavy and needs at least 2 people. Sorry, I can't help. Also needs a pickup truck. There is garage access directly from the level, therefore no stairs involved. Total carry distance is 25 meters max. PS: there are discoloration because of normal wear and tear. Also, seat covers has some marker and pen scratches (check photos). Could be gone after wash (or not I don't know), didn't try removing it. Trying to be transparent.
