3 person sofa has a stitch that’s come loose on right seat head rest, and has small scuffs on the back side of sofa from hitting the wall behind it. 2 person sofa is in great condition. Both are power reclining as seen in the pictures and work very well. They can be adjusted to whatever angle you like. Pictures show seats at full maximum recline position. Sofas are only 3.5 years old and were well taken care of. Both sofas were $2200 brand new. Please plan accordingly with a large truck if you decide you want them.
