Approximately 6-7 years old and added another loveseat to make it longer about 5 years ago. Normal wear and tear, with a worn area on one of the loveseats at the back of the seat, bottom of back, Included is a coffee table with inset tempered glass top and lid storage that is a 90% match (I made it and upholstered it) as you see it in the pictures is what is included. Paid approximately $2400.00 for the sectional and another $300-$400. for the extra loveseat. Still has a lot of life left in it, however we are remodeling and it will not match the decor we are using. Couch has not been moved from house to house, to house, it was unboxed where it sits. Couch has been vacuumed but not professionally cleaned and still looks great. Pillows included, negotiable.
