Buyer Beware- this review is long overdue. I bought a used 2003 jaguar x type 2.5 l from them in November of 2022. Body looked great but that was just about it as I soon discovered. First thing was driver's seat wouldn't raise or lower so they kept the car for 2 weeks on the pretext of fixing it. Little did I know the real reason they didn't want me driving it back to Nevada that day was because I would have had to fill the gas tank and seen that the tank level sensors weren't working as would only register between empty or 1/2 full knowing I would have returned the car that day before the check cleared. Also the radiator and ac were bad so would have most likely overheated and broke down on way back to Nevada.. On delivery 2 weeks later the battery was dead and  had to be replaced also the radiator and ac unit were shot. Discovered gas tank issue first time I filled it and only registered 1/2 full . Followed by shocks,  bushing ends , gas tank pulled and new sensors put in. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. 11k spent on repairs but final insult recently was when instrument cluster failed and I had to pay 2500 for a new cluster and to have it cloned to old one. Suddenly an air bag light was present- the old cluster had a piece of paper stuck in it to block the light. Don't know if El Vista did that or they bought car at auction that way but I do know they knew all the other mentioned things were bad as had the car 2 weeks going over everything so saw that and they never fixed the seat. Very sketchy auto sales. Don't buy from them. I'm now in process of getting air bag issue fixed after already putting on 13, 500 into car for repairs to date. All that was past the 6,9995 initial cost to buy it.

Customer service was great. No waiting to be attended. Helped by Ralph with great communication and Hamed with great explanation on vehicle. Definitely recommend this dealership. Very satisfied with our nice car!

Was looking for a Tesla for sometime and I always dreaded dealing with used car salesmen. But i came across one from El Vista. Although the store is like 2 hours drive for me, but it worth  the drive. From the time that I came to the store I had a very pleasant interaction with Hamed, one of the sales men. Unlike my other experience,  I didn’t feel cheated. He was pretty transparent about the car , the price and it’s financing  instead of keep going back and forth with a “manager” he gave me all the information upfront. I purchased the car a few days ago and I am still pretty happy about it.

Adam & Mazen were very helpful with purchasing my mothers car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Good or bad credit they are willing to work with you and walk out with a car.
