I purchased a Honda pilot from here that looked and drove nice at first, a month later it started giving us all types of issues. Tried to let them know and they were no help at all. Don't buy cars from this place. They usually put a bunch of foreign parts on the vehicles for a quick fix and you have to deal with the aftermath.

My mother confidently purchased a 2018 SUV from this dealership in late 2022 and was initially thrilled about her purchase. Unfortunately, within less than one month, we discovered that the vehicle required a new transmission and had several other mechanical issues that this dealership failed to make us aware of. To make matters worse, the dealership did not provide a warranty with the vehicle, forcing us to buy a third-party warranty, which we later had to cancel because they refused to cover anything, claiming the slew of problems were preexisting.

When we confronted the owner of Mendz Auto about the transmission issue, he gaslit us and even alleged that the diagnostic reading was not accurate. Funny thing is the test was done by the vehicle manufacturer themselves along with an appraiser and mechanic from the warranty company. (I guess anything to not take accountability for selling us a piece of junk). The manufacturer was also able to pull up a long sheet of issues and repairs spanning years for the vehicle over all credible garage/mechanic it was serviced in by the way.  Frustrated and without a warranty, we had no choice but to leave. My mother has spent thousands of dollars and many months trying to resolve the issues on her own, only to encounter fresh problems each time she fixed something. Ultimately, she decided to trade in the 2018 SUV for a new vehicle at a reputable big-name dealership, despite receiving very little for it. Getting rid of that garbage was top priority. Keeping the broken car was not an option. Her wallet can finally rest easily for a while now.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this place and recommend opting for a car from a reputable dealer instead. You’ll at least receive good warranty coverage and a guarantee of a vehicle in good working condition. Not overpriced trash. This whole entire experience was such stress and turmoil. Please, it's essential to avoid being taken advantage of by greedy commission-driven individuals such as this establishment.
