1991 Johnson 25hp 2 stroke tiller motor In good condition, I’m the second owner. Previous owner just put a new impeller, fuel pump, and had the carb rebuilt. He was having issues with high speed sputter. He sent it to mechanic and had the carb cleaned and running. I got the motor at that point. It was running and after 20 minutes died. Since then I put a new thermostat on it to ensure cooling is good, has 100-105 psi each cylinder, good spark. The mechanic said the timing is off and won’t fire cause of the timing.
