This boat is a used 37-foot, 1980 Silverton convertible in great condition. Made entirely of fiberglass with teak cabinetry throughout the inside, the boat has been well maintained throughout the years, being regularly waxed and cleaned at the beginning of every new summer season. The upstairs fly bridge sits four in total, one seat being the captain’s seat with a three seater observation bench just beyond the wheel. The bridge comes fully equipped with radar, depth finder, and a ship to shore radio.A ladder connects the stern to the fly bridge. There is also a swimming platform off of the stern on which to dive, fish, and enjoy the water! The stern to the inside living area is connected by sliding glass doors. The living room is spacious with a couch included. A drop down kitchen and dining area are two steps down from the living room. The kitchen includes a standing refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink, along with full teak cabinetry for which to store dinnerware and anything else you might need to keep yourself fully prepared while enjoying a day or two out to sea! A dining area is just off of the kitchen that sits five people, that can also be converted into a sleeping bed that sleeps two. The bathroom includes a fully functioning toilet, sink, and standing shower. A hot water heater on board ensures you will always have warm water for a shower. There is also a back bedroom with a door that includes another sink and vanity space, along with a bed that sleeps another two. A/C and heating is included in the bedroom and living room so even in the hottest summer days you can be comfortable inside after spending the day outside swimming and sunbathing. Two speakers in the dining room, living room, and stern provide consistent music so that you never miss a beat. Water resistant luxury vinyl flooring throughout the living areas are easy to clean and will never warp no matter how heavily trafficked the bedroom to the swimming platform is.
