I brought my car into this dealership after purchasing it a week prior at a different dealership. I had a serious safety issue in the customer service at the dealership was exceptional. James the service advisor Was very communicative and insured that I felt safe, leaving in the car. He did everything he could do on his end and I appreciate his service.

Honestly the only reason I bought here was because I was exhausted looking. Found what I wanted and Antonio was helpful but the rest of my experience hasn’t made me feel appreciated or valued. Intitial salesperson ignored me & quite honestly still does had a simple request after buying that I’ve given  days to even respond and got nothing. My recommendation would be to treat your customers as if you actually want them to buy a vehicle and many more from you. Next time I buy I’ll make sure to take my hard earned money to where I’ll be valued. I work in sales and even months or sometimes years later I respond to my clients & make sure to help them or get them to where they need to be. Not horrible but for sure not great. One great experience can turn a one time deal into a lifetime customer not turn em and burn em. Just my thoughts since AutoNation emailed and said they wanted honesty.

Our sales professional, Ronnie, was exceptional. He was honest and transparent about everything, no games or pressure tactics whatsoever. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure every detail was handled. Sales Manager Jeff was also instrumental in helping us secure the best possible deal. The finance process was equally smooth, thanks to the finance manager (I apologize for not remembering her name). She was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at her job. What impressed me most was the team's dedication – they even stayed late to ensure all the details were handled well. It's clear that this dealership prioritizes customer satisfaction and isn't just focused on making a sale. I highly recommend them!

Sara was a true professional. She has a great personality and I enjoyed having her help me. She is very knowledgeable. My Jeep was ready as promised and I’m glad that I got to meet Sara yesterday. I rate her 10 out of 10!
