I have a 1995 coleman by Fleetwood pop up tent in great conditions with the help of my wife this pop up looks amazing inside and out. 1 king bed and 1 queen& a full bed Sleeps 7. Propane or electric fridge with switch. 3 burner propane kitchen. sink with cold and hot water with electric pump& 15 gallon water reservoir for water on demand or a hose hook up. It has a Toilette in great shape. I have custom LEDs battery powered for the interior the original lights were not bright enough. Canvas is in great shape had 1 tear that's been repaired on 1 screen other then that in great shape. New flooring.
