Comfortable, attractive sofa with plenty of room for 3 people! We used a slipcover to protect it for most of its life so it’s in great shape. No major stains or scuffs (two small dark marks, one between cushions and one on right arm.) It has been vacuumed and brushed. Slipcover is heavy cotton beige/cream fabric with a leaf design; freshly washed; has a couple of small tears but is quite functional and could be mended. (Optional—take it or not.) * It’s a big sofa (approx. 7’ long by 3’ high by 40” deep) so you’ll need a van or pickup truck to move it * No truck or moving partner?? Make me a deal and provide a deposit! If the price is right and drive not too far we might be able to arrange a weekend delivery. LOCATION: Off of Fletcher Rd in NK, a few miles north of Kohls/ The Shops at Quonset PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. (Sorry, no checks)
