I was in a tight. spot blew the head gasket in my car 2 days ago. Went in with an amount i could afford. I dealt with Joel up most professional and assured me they would be able to help me get the car I wanted. After crunching some numbers they gave me a price that was lower than my budget. I fully expected them to go alittle over. But they were able to go alittle under. I am very happy with my experience with Joel and the whole team. Thanks guys 10/10 recommend!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it was a smooth process. I would recommend this place to everyone. The man who helped me and my family was Daryus he was super helpful and wanted us to be comfortable with our choice in car!!! He was super reasonable and understanding and wanted what was best for us financially!!!! GoGo Go highly recommend!!!! Everyone was great there!!

When I first walked into this dealership, the staff were very welcoming and seemed nice, which gave me confidence in buying from them. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. The very next day after purchasing my car (a $40,000 vehicle), I noticed an issue with the rear bearing. When I reached out, they brushed me off, saying the car was “perfect” when they sold it and that any problems after were my responsibility.

Not even three months later, the car has developed transmission issues, and I’ve already had to replace the tires, brakes, and rotors — which makes no sense for such an expensive vehicle, even if it’s used. Their attitude went from friendly to dismissive the moment the sale was complete.

They clearly care only about the money and not about their customers’ experience or safety. I would strongly advise avoiding this dealership — don’t let the nice first impression fool you.

I am so happy with my purchase. Tariq was great, he helped me get the payment I was looking for and the car of my dreams. I highly recommend High Street Auto Connection.
