To start I inquired on a specific vehicle asked over 3 times once I was told I was approved that it was for that specific vehicle because I would have to get a ride over an hour to them. Was told repeatedly yes when I got there they informed me it was for a different vehicle and my down payment would be much higher by $2500. In the moment just like most dealers take advantage of this I agreed to the vehicle because I couldn’t stand the idea of running around to dealers to car hunt without having any form of transportation or anyone to take me around. I was told my tag would take 30 days to come, about a week before 30 days I called and called and text and could never get through to anyone when I finally did they informed me I had to pay for the tag separately and that I signed a paper stating so, when they presented this paper to me originally they stated verbally this is what my tag would cost and would come in 30 days. Not anything about paying separately but fair enough I should have read more thoroughly and not assumed it was tied into the loan or down payment like most dealers do. Just like all dealers you can’t trust them. Not only did no one call me about doing the tag once I paid for the tag it took a week for it to come when I was told 2 days. They knew my temporary tag was expiring and I had to drive around for days with an expired temp tag. I called every single day and was told 15-20 mins we’ll have an update when I finally did get through to anyone and would never receive any update day after day after day I had to hound the dealer with not being able to get through over and over again. Aside from all of this not even a week into having the vehicle I was broke down on the side of the road, I found out the gas gauge doesn’t work and the check engine light came on 2 days after purchasing. When I informed them of this I was told multiple times I have warranty through a 3rd party company and they would send me the information and I have yet to still receive it and it has been over a month of purchasing. Worst communication of my life with anyone And overall would never ever recommend them. I am also now stuck with a vehicle that the auto stop start feature doesn’t work the gas gauge doesn’t work and yet to figure out why the check engine light came on.

Drove in from a add-on CarGurus showing a Ford Transit for the price of 15,556. After looking at the van and then asking the price they told me it's $20,000 out the door. Ask him what kind of dealer fee and where are they charging they told me $199 for the dealer fee and the 6.5 % sales tax. Then I showed them the ad and they told me oh that's just a price to get people that come in and then they add $2,000 to that price. I asked where this 2000 price add-on comes in and they didn't have an answer and was just told that's how they're told to work the deal and if you were to look the vehicle up on a car value site you would see that the price was higher than what they were advertising it at. So just know this is a waste of your time to come to this location unless you want to pay way over whether advertising for a vehicle that's just giving an oil change for its service at least that's what they told me the only thing that they do to the vehicles from auction.
