For sale is a great set of 1883 to 1885 Indian Head Cents. The Indian Head Cent ran from 1859 to 1909 before being replaced by the Lincoln Wheat Cent. It changed size, weight, and metal composition a couple times making it a very interesting coin. A great thing about this set is coins from the early 1880's are scarce in their own rite because they generally have lower mintage numbers than the later years, and the 1885 is considered a semi-key date. As you can see from the pics the coins are in very good shape, and they would all come in as VG grades, which is nice to find Indian Heads in, especially early ones like these. All lettering, date, and images are nice and clear. A few of the letters in LIBERTY are visible on all three coins, which is the first thing to wear down on Indian Heads. None of the coins have any excessive damage or signs of cleaning. Please message me regarding payment and shipping options. This is a great set of coins at a great price. Thanks!
