The multi-angled settings on the back pad with independent adjustment for seat allow for use as a flat bench, incline bench, and full upright bench press for military press exercises. This bench is made from solid steel and features soft, thick padding with vinyl upholstery. The frame features a wide design for extra stability as well as rear roller wheels and a transport handle for mobility. Use by itself, or roll the workout bench inside a power cage, half rack, or smith machine for performing barbell workouts.  The Warrior Light Commercial Flat Incline Decline FID Bench was designed for many bench exercises - high level of adjustability - from flat to full upright position while providing contoured lumbar back support for proper back positioning and a built-in handle and wheels for easy roll-away. You'll notice this bench doesn't decline - that's quite deliberate! If you want a really strong bench then its best to ensure the back rest is resting on the frame when in the flat position. That way you don't have to put your faith in an adjustment mechanism for super heavy flat press. Stability is also optimised as the pad sits on the frame for all the heavy lifts. Having said that, this bench is no light weight when it comes to incline press either. 3mm thick tubing and heavy bushed pivots ensure there is no undesirable movement in the backrest while you're doing heavy inclines.
