This includes a Bose wireless transmitter and receiver that eliminates the need to run wires to your rear surround sound speakers. I have been using it with a Bose Acoustimass 15 system, but I believe it will work with any Bose Acoustimass system. The transmitter plugs into the rear surround jack on the bass module. The receiver then attaches Via wires included to left and right rear speakers. Note that the rears speakers are both wired to the receiver. The wireless part is between the sound system and the rear surround speakers. Both transmitter and receiver require 110 electrical power also. The system work flawlessly.
