Needs a little love and would make the perfect weekend getaway or full-time camper Good: -AC works great -Furnace is amazing -Also installed Cubic Grizzly Wood-Stove ($1k) -EZ Snap RV Skirt ($1k) -Turned the queen bed into a king -Water system works -New Stove top installed (no oven) -Fridge works -Slide works -Awning is good -Re-painted living room area -Structurally sound -New propane tank cover -Delivery Available within an hour drive (just pay gas) BAD: -old hot water heater was broken & taken out. Tankless hot water heater was purchased but not installed -Toilet was uninstalled to use a composting toilet. Come with previous toilet uninstalled -Old oven was broken and uninstalled -Floor needs work -Small window leak in the kitchen was repaired with flex tape -Shower area will need work -Slide awning needs replaced (we purchased but never installed) This camper was lived in full-time for a yr and had no visible leaks. Some spots on the outside of the camper had water damage prior to our purchase.
