Its 124 inches so like almost 10.5 feet long and then the longer side of the 2 is 86 inches. Its too big for our spot, weve had it for about 8 months. It could use a vacuum ( cleaning). I paid 1800.00 for it from ashleys. Asking 800 negotiable. Must be picked up
