I used a nice peice of Sapele for the transom. All hardware used was stainless steel or aluminum and has been sealed with marine grade silicon and enamel paint/ wood sealant. It comes with: -Trailer -new bilge pump -new rope and anchor -new fire extinguisher The boat itself is water ready, but it still needs the tags put on the outside.
