Manny worked very hard to make a deal with me over the weekend. I live several hours away. He worked late to get the QX80 into a PPI which came out good, but the brakes and tires were worn. I figured those are wear items on a used car. But since I was going to have to drive 300 miles, I was hesitant. Manny literally drove the car home that night, so that he could pick up new parts at the autoparts store, and then drop it off at Les Schwab, first thing in the AM. Who does that!?

Drove it 300 miles home and then on a Costco run the next day. It's a solid SUV.

Manny assisted me with my car purchase. His communication was always prompt and always with a cheerful and friendly attitude. There ended up being a few issues with the car after the purchase. Been searching, let's say month's for a certain car. Drove hours to look at it and once I saw it I knew I wanted it. The guy helping me was Manny Farias, super friendly and made it easy.
