This trailer is in good working condition. Canvas is in very good shape. Sets up in 10 minutes and is the perfect trailer for anyone looking to go have fun camping. I have owned it for about a year now and have taken her out about 20 times. Love this tent trailer. It's fully equiped with refrigerator that gets ice cold and runs off of propane or 12 volt power. Has a full furnace that also works perfectly. Portolet is tucked into the center lower cabinet out of sight. And get this...Yep, She's got a fully functioning hot shower with a tub as well. So you can be completely off grid with no hook ups and still have an ice cold refrigerator and piping a hot shower, and a furnace that'll keep you warm in the snow. Along with full electrical hook ups with converter box which toggles between 110 30 amp AC and 12 volt power from the battery. The shower with on board water heater and the furnace are game changers.I'm not kidding when I say that this is the one you want. She's got a 12' box when closed and requires about 16 feet in length and 6'-6" 8n width to store. This trailer has an upgraded axle and has been professionally retrofit to achieve better clearance off road and also to accomidate the 3 scissor jacks that make it much faster and easier and much more stabil than the stock kick stand type jacks. You can actually raise the trailer high enough to change a tire without ever pulling out a jack. It fits easily into any 1 car parking spot or garage and tows very well even fully loaded with gear and water tank full. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 queen bed slide outs on each end and the table converts to a double or possibly a full. When opened up she's 23'. Axles just serviced. New tires, Tows great with any car. All lights and turn signals functioning as they should as well as all 4 recepticals and interior and exterior lights. Even has an exterior outlet for accessories. Comes with a full factory awning that provides shade and also keeps you out of the rain with plenty of space to set up a table and chairs and still cook outside on rainy days.
