- This reel is in VERY good condition. - All the bright work looks good. The spool is spotless. - The reel was completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected and properly lubricated upon reassembly. - All the exterior ring screws were also lubricate during reassembly to prevent any future corrosion and possible seized screws. - If you have ever had to extract broken off screws, you will appreciate this. - The barrel nuts on the rod brace were properly lubricated. They turn freely. It is not uncommon to find rod braces that are corroded. This seems to be a common part that doesn’t get serviced periodically. - Every thing works very well.
