Description

This is a VINTAGE PAIR OF WOLLENSAK ALLSCOPE EYE GLASS BINOCULARS with Original Wollensak Branded Leather Case. They fit on your face like a regular pair of glasses; magnification is 3X, they work quite well. Wollensak was started in 1899 and was based in Rochester N.Y. They specialized in Camera lenses, and during WW2 they made many optical products for the government. The peak of their productivity was in the 1950's. These glasses were from the '40's or '50's. They are in very good condition; no cracks or visible damage. A fun find for a collector of unusual binoculars/glasses/ optical equipment. They are a great conversation piece and could easily be used, when you don't want to keep holding binoculars.
