I’m only writing this review cause I know I haven’t been the easiest customer to deal with. Yea it’s gets annoying getting calls every time insurance is out of date or canceled and asking for their payment but I get it. They gotta run a business. Hardly ever was on time just due to a lot things going on but they did work with me even with my lack of communication and for that I’m very appreciative. I can sit here and say I paid off my car today and since I’ve had it I’ve yet to have any major issues with my car. A battery here and a relay there but that’s it knock on wood.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS LOT! I have had my vehicle, bought $8000 cash less than a month and the engine has since failed. I spoke to the I’m assuming manager, who I thought was a good person upon first meeting him, to see if they can offer any help, although the car was purchased “as is”. Selling a car with a bad engine is beyond normal wear and tear. I requested an inspection report after it was evident they have no intent on trying to assist me with this, and he said they don’t do inspection reports only the typical things we as buyers would do: (test drive, check fluid levels in the car, check the tires, etc.). This is misleading to say the least and I will be filing a civil suit against these people because it’s just not right. AGAIN, please do not buy from them. They were quick to take my money but could care less that I’m out of a vehicle now.

Sold me a lemon. Water damage. Car wont start or move. I have replaced parts. Took it to a certificated mechanic. Showed water damage. I have filed a claim with texas dmv and my bank .please believe all of the reviews! Stay away!
