You cannot factory reset it as it will lock again. Fully functional as long as you don’t erase it to its original settings. Screen has minor damage. You can see two lines and a blotch on the screen. Mostly noticeable on a white screen. I’ve highlighted the parts so you can see. If it’s an issue the macbook can also be connected to a monitor or a tv using a hdmi port. Will have it fully charged. This is a fully functioning MacBook. You can log in to your Apple ID and use it like any normal MacBook.
