If you’re new to snowboarding or first time looking for gear, you can’t find a person who cares more about helping you find the best gear. I have lots of gear both men’s and women’s in all different sizes and budgets. Boards, bindings, boots and some accessories for the one stop shopper. It’s a passion and hobby of mine to help people serious about buying the right quality gear to avoid the mistakes most people make not understanding how critical gear is. The process is easy: 1. Provide me details I need to show you pics of what I have to offer at your budget. 2. Visit and see the gear in person. Boots will be fitted to make sure they are perfect. If you like the board and bindings options in person and want to buy a combo, then you get to strap in and feel the gear. Testing the board and bindings on is only for those who will purchase a combo or pkg and just want that extra bonus that no store or other seller will offer. 3. If you do purchase from me you also get a lot of extra info that you can only acquire from experience and years of riding. Priceless for those beginners and intermediate riders. This is a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else as you will read in my reviews. I will spend up to 2 hours with ea customer getting a combo or pkg. Why do I offer this experience? Being a rider for decades, a private instructor and a shop technician, I have a unique combination of knowledge about the sport, the the complex market of gear and the gear people need. This allows me to specialize and assist you one on one in this challenging sport to navigate w/o a lot of research and time investment. I am your short cut to avoiding catastrophic consequences from financial investment to optimized experience of the sport not to mention minimizing safety risks from damaged and defective old gear most people overlook. I acquire used to new gear inspected by myself, restored, tuned and waxed to “ready to ride” condition, I set the gear up to your specific needs/stance and you get to verify this during the testing process and you can rest assured you will have the correct type/profile/design of gear that only an experienced person can determine is appropriate for your physical size, agility and level of experience while also considering your progression over the next several years. What info do I need to present you with pictures of gear options? 1. Total height and weight 2. Accurate measurement from floor to chin 3. Street shoe size 4. Experience level and any other details that help define you. Other related sports experience, total days on the mountain, physical condition, previous size gear used good or bad. 5. What specific gear you need (board, bindings, boots, ect) 6. Total budget/price point. I have so much gear I can customize combos and pkgs tailored to your budget. Obviously the higher your budget the better/newer the gear will be. My primary customer is young adults (no kids) and adults, beginner through intermediate and some occasional advanced riders. I don’t stock cheap low quality gear. Budget gear will be name brand, older models and may have had more wear that has been refurbished and will perform amazing. Higher priced gear could be top of the line models, brand new gear, high performance, ect. This is where I can mix and match gear to meet your financial needs and give you the ultimate customized set up that you won’t have options for from sellers just selling one combo or gas few options. To avoid people who just want to use my time and gain my knowledge in gear, if no purchase is made I charge a consultation fee. This is to deter tire kickers and those really not serious about the sport or respecting my time.
