I have a 30 quart Varimixer W30. Great brand that builds quality mixers. It is not the newest model but 30 quart Varimixers sell for 11k+. Definitely hard to find even as used models. It is not gear driven but belt driven so the speed can be adjusted within a certain RPM range, which almost no quality commercial mixers offer at this size. You won't be forced to adjust your recipes/mixing time to a set speed as you would with a Hobart, your mixer will adjust to your needs instead. It also includes a 15 minute timer. It was at a school district, was used in their cafeteria, they replaced all their equipment. I was told it was in good working condition, however I didn't get to test it. Sold as is. It's 230v 2HP single phase, 6 amps. I was gonna rent out a commercial kitchen and use it there but it didn't end up happening and I cannot use it at home. Does not include attachments, just one bowl. Only asking for 1500
