Can’t wait to come back and support. They honored an incorrect price that was listed on their site, no hassle, no arguing. My experience with the Mac Star team – Outstanding!

After being frustrated with loading the latest Apple operating system on an older MacBook Pro, I called every presumed computer/technology store and consulting shop in the greater Anaheim area.

Of at least six calls, I felt a level of comfort because I wasn't rushed or embarrassed by my limited knowledge. I decided to go to Mac Star and see for myself. Easy access. Plenty of parking. The team was receptive, smart as heck, and willing to meet my timeline. The cost was very fair and, in fact, less than Best Buy (the Geek Squad in-store) and those others I spoke with on the phone.

The work was excellent! The work was guaranteed, and I have been thrilled with the outcome. The Mac Star group did not pressure me or try to oversell services.

One more big thing! The store is way more than professionals doing tech repair and guidance. Way more! Mac Star is a real destination for cameras and hard-to-get drones! You can look all over Amazon and other advertised camera and drone places, but I would make Mac Star a definite stop before hitting "buy" anywhere.

Just came here for my second time and I was able to get a brand new gaming pc for like $50 down. They even ordered the keyboard and mouse i wanted too for me to pickup before i got here! These guys genuinely rock and they helped me out a bunch. 5⭐️

Have been here multiple times, bought a JBL speaker the first time, a shotgun microphone the second time, and a Sirui 16mm camera lens the last time I came by. Every time I have been here the service has been excellent, the staff has always been willing to price match, and Sam has always been really nice. These guys are awesome and always do good business!
