PICKUP ONLY - need a pickup truck for pickup I’ve had this enclosure for only a year with only 1 cat. It’s in amazing condition, practically new. Does not have any scratches or dents. There are some minor scuff marks on the bottom of the left cabinet from the litter box being slid in and out, but should come off after being cleaned. I will clean prior to pick up. The scratch pad doors have not been used at all. I really love that it also includes drawers. I am actually sad to part ways with it, but I just got a second cat and needed to upgrade the litter box area. Brand new price is $300 Asking $175 Need gone ASAP Open to reasonable offers
