I have always brought my lexus in here for servicing for the last 10 plus years and although expensive compared to a small shop, they are clean, efficient and fast. They check you in quickly and those people are always exceptionally nice. They have a decent waiting area with comfortable seating, a TV, coffee/water and if you are early they usually have bagels and pastries. Making an appointment for service is highly recommended but I have brought my car in for service without an appointment and they figure out a way to take care of me. Never had an issue here.

There's some sort of chicanery afoot at this dealership. Bought a new 2025 is500 earlier in Feb, brought my car in three times here. Two out of the three times, someone there is slashing or stabbing the black leather composite on the top of the door. Two separate incidents. First incident is when I brought it in for door rattling when I play music because lexus uses cheap plastic for the window control panel. Second incident was today, for my 10k complimentary service, I did a post service inspection and there it was,the same slash on the inside of my door but in the rear passenger side this time instead of the front passenger. They fixed it the first time it happened but when I made the complaint today. Jeff Johnson, a service advisor, denied my allegations that someone is intentionally damaging the interior of my vehicle. Why you might ask I would make this terrible accusation? One, if you touch the material where this is occurring, its not a soft and hollow material. Its hard to the  touch and dense. You would need something very hard/sharp with a good amount of force to damage the material. Two, they accuse me of using my vehicle for luggaging or carrying work material in my car. Yes, they accuse me of using my beloved sports car as a work vehicle. Not only am I apparently putting in rough material or whatever in the rear passenger,its also the front passenger as well. Three, if you see the damage, it's 1cm to 2cm long, horizontally. I would assume done by a screwdriver or razor. Overall, when I bring my vehicle here, something malicious is happening. I would understand if some paint got damaged or damage occurred on the outside. But for the same thing to reoccurr twice in the same manner is no coincidence. As you can see from the other low reviews this seems to be a reoccurring incident with other people. This place needs to be formally investigated!!!!

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Concord this past weekend. We were seeking something with additional space for our growing family. Fredy Herrera assisted us with the process and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't harass us like other salesmen I've encountered in the past. He is one of the main reasons for this 5 star review. The other being  the vehicle and the smile it puts on my wife's face(happy wife, happy life). Also, the smile on mine(happy hubby, life is lovely). We already had a midsized suv. We were either going to take on a third car or trade it in to remove the monthly bill. I blue booked the value and their initial offer was on the lower end of the KBB range...I requested a different number, Fredy relayed the information, and we were met with compromise. Ultimately, we traded in the vehicle. To add, we were happy with the overall price tag and interest rate offered through Lexus financial. A big thanks to Fredy for making this a seamless process....friends of ours purchased their vehicle at this location(and were also pleased) and I would confidently recommend others in my circle/the general public to come to Lexus of Concord if interested in a Lexus...Just be sure to ask for Fredy!

I had a great experience with Lupe, my service consultant. She was very pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable. my car came back nice and clean and everyone I came in contact with was pleasant. If I were to have any complaints at all, it would be the labor to replace a headlamp bulb seemed a little high.. But I always get great service from Lexus so I can live with that.

We bought a 2021 Mazda CX-5 from here and had a great experience. Ray was our salesman and Dom did the financing.

We drove from Santa Cruz, so I appreciated the good communication from Ray. He confirmed the car was available before we left, explaining that they have a policy to hold a car if someone is coming in from far away.

We paid in cash (cashier's check) and were never pressured to finance. Dom asked if we wanted an extended warrantee, but he did not pressure us when we declined.

Even with 2 test drives, we were in-and-out in under 2 hours, which I can honestly say is the fastest experience I've ever had at a dealership.
