Highly unprofessional, misleading, and uncommunicative. They sold the car my friend was interested in purchasing the same day they told him over the phone to come in and that the car was available for purchase, and didn’t even have the curtesy to let him know ahead of time that the car had been sold. I was looking forward to purchasing from them up until they did that, because it made me stop and think, “What if they do that to me?”. My friend and I live about two hours away from this dealership. If you live 1 hour+ away from this dealership, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Called 3 times to try to schedule an appointment as soon as possible and was repeatedly told to call back. I also texted the number they told me to which resulted in me being ignored. After a week of trying to get an appointment I called again for a 4th time and they told me the car was available, I didn’t need an appointment anymore, and to come in. After telling me to come in and it was available they sold the car the same day. No communication, transparency, or honesty very disappointed.
