Initially 5 stars but i just got the car 3 weeks ago and i already have to get new brake pads. They’re worn and squeeky. I’ve also had to get an oil change already. You would’ve thought if you’re selling a car, to fix everything first before selling. Besides that, Jay was able to get me a good financing deal.

I bought my 2019 Mazda from Royal Car Center, and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. The team was professional, caring, and so easy to work with, but Jay was the absolute star. He went out of his way to make sure I felt supported every step of the way.

What really blew me away? Almost month after buying the car, I got a flat tire, no fault of theirs (just a nail on the road). I called Jay for advice and he didn’t just talk me through it—he literally drove 30 minutes to my house and fixed it himself. For free. Who does that these days? That’s the kind of service you can’t put a price on.

If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family and actually stands behind what they sell, Royal Car Center is it. I love my Mazda, and I love knowing I bought it from people who truly care.

Jay and Steven and Staff are awesome they helped my Dad out who needed a vehicle in a bad way. The thing that impressed me the most was his (Jay) phone skills on the phone that got me to turn around and drive from Sharon Hill 15 miles the other way when I was heading to Springfield to the Ford store.
