EDIT 2 : The autobody technician that I brought it to outside of this dealership stated that the engine shield was MISSING so while the car was technically drivable, it should have been replaced at the APX dealership since road debris can cause engine damage/safety issues. Again, just reinforcing that trusting this dealership is a gamble. All the positive reviews seem to be about the car purchase; all the negative reviews speak to level of shadiness when customers encounter car problems and APX does not provide assistance with mitigating the problems.

EDIT 1: Zach is still a great sales person. My edit is to speak more specifically about the poor customer service after reporting a problem with the car to the manager, Isaac, a few days after the purchase. I bumped into a pole and had it taken to an auto body repair shop to assess the damage. The technician stated that the car bumper was repaired before and was likely DIY-ed (the bumper was nailed on and spray painted). I was never disclosed this information by APX so the autobody technician advised me to inquire about it. When I asked Isaac (manager APX) why it was not disclosed to me, he said the listing stated the “minor damage”so that would include this. I was only ever told the minor damage was cosmetic damage like small dents and scratches, which I already was aware of. Also, there was no explicit history of a repair/accident on the car report. He claimed that they did a safety inspection, the car is sold as is, and bumpers are for cosmetic purposes. Basically, he was not trying to help me in this situation, and I clearly overpaid for a car that may have other issues since my 2019 Prius XLE car is supposed to have auto brake assist. I may attempt to contact CARFAX as well since their report was not accurate with the damage information. I didn’t know that I could do this initially, but I would caution people to have a mechanic and autobody technician check out the car since I’m not sure how thorough the APX inspection is.

Initial post: TLDR: Zach is the most helpful sales person! Very friendly but quick in helping you meet your needs as a customer.

This past weekend, I looked at a few cars from a different dealerships and this dealership happened to be my last one on Sunday before closing time. I test drove the car with Zach and he was very patient with me getting to know the car functions/driving through different areas. (I am a nervous driver.) I filled out the credit application for financing yesterday night and came back today to discuss financing options. Originally it was estimated to be 9% interest rate, but after expressing my concern to Zach, he was able to check in with other bank options and got it down to 7.62%. Once I signed the paperwork, I requested to have him drive my car back to Seattle since I don’t like driving highways. While he drove me back in my car to Seattle, he provided some good driving tips and maintenance tips since he knew I was a first time car owner. Happy with the car purchase and service from Zach! Appreciate the way he went above and beyond!

Really solid Subaru - best that we found after looking at quite a few. Very reasonable and competitive price also. Before we even looked at the car, the salesman Isaac told us the one thing they found not working and assured they would fix it. I really appreciated that. The passenger window switch didn’t work - we could have missed that easily in our inspection. Everything else was perfect- solid car, good Michelin tires, solid exhaust, etc etc. Great service all around. I only buy used cars that are good values. Will work with APX again gladly!

Step into greatness,this dealer was no nonsense,straightforward and very knowledgeable while remaining humble. I was greeted with professionalism and it felt like being at a car meet,chill vibes with people who appreciate cars. The salespeople all drive cool cars and the entire experience bled coolness and freshness. I didn’t feel like they were trying to weasel a car to me and the knowledge about the cars they are selling was very deep.

Pop in and check out all the cool cars, talk to the amazing staff and drive ofd with smiles for miles. I love my Camaro I picked up and it was fun talking about BMWs and JDM cars 🖤

We were in the market for a replacement truck to tow our travel trailer because we lost our truck in a fire that started while driving. We were ready to buy upon finding the right truck. Isaac was our salesman. He was extremely helpful and patient with my wife and I as we asked many questions. We knew what our requirements were, but we were looking to move from a gas vehicle to diesel. Isaac afforded us a test drive foregoing finishing his evening meal to take care of us. He stayed well past normal weekday business hours completing preliminary paperwork. His supervisor was also awesome. Both he and Issac made our experience worth the drive from Puyallup to Edmonds. Isaac maintained constant communication via phone or text message informing us continually as updates occurred. The APX team ensured that we got the best cash price, and we negotiated for a replacement windshield, a second key with fob and replacement toolbox keys as part of the deal. Rather than wait for the toolbox keys, we opted to pick up the truck with the agreement that Isaac would mail them to us upon receipt. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Isaac and the APX team for your future previously loved vehicles.

I previously had a great car-buying experience in Bellevue but unfortunately am in the car buying process as my previous car was totaled , I went to look at another dealership  (APX) expecting the same quality of service. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown. I went to look at a black Range Rover that had several cosmetic issues, which was surprising given the price. When I asked about the cost, Issac (along with another staff member) told me they don’t disclose how much they originally paid for the vehicle. He printed out the sticker price and gave me a quote for the out-the-door total.

When I asked if they could do better on the price, Issac asked what I would offer—implying that negotiation was possible. But later, after I gave a number, he said they don’t negotiate and wouldn’t go down on the price at all. That was confusing and misleading.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership—there are more honest and professional options out there. Pictures are below of the car with cosmetic damages, that he said they would not fix if they came down on price.. confusing.
