A few toys are included, as pictured. Overall, the dollhouse is sturdy and detailed with great potential for further DIY enhancments. Total Approximate Dimensions: 27x14x25in Has spotting in some areas, otherwise primary color is white with black and beige accents. It also has tile on first level of the home. Some areas may require smoothing. The front pegs are secured in place but reinforcement may be desirable due to some raising and wobbling.
