Antique Bed And Dresser

Dresser with drawers, marble top, diamond dust technique mirror dated to 1890. The mirror is in perfect condition and bevels. It’s irreplaceable. I’ve got the end cap for the mirror top on the left. It was lost and I had it fabricated to match the other side perfectly which cost $150 and is included in the price of the set. Needs to be applied with a tiny dowel. Bed is full size yet if you don’t use the side rails it can hold a queen mattress. The bed has no hardware other than the cleats on the side rails. Everything is tongue and groove. Wood in excellent shape for its age and unrestored. I’m asking for $500 for both pieces. It’s most important to me that the furniture be placed where it will be preserved for another 100 years. The dresser needs feet otherwise it sits flat on the floor. All drawers are functional and include a key for locking. The bed crown needs a basic repair to straighten out the topper. Just some wood glue on the back of it will straighten it in place. The set originally was in a US senators home in Albany, New York. Was bought in Denver, Colorado in the late 70’s , moved to Sedona, AZ then to Orange County. It’s a beautiful set especially for a restoration home. No trades, no donations, cash and carry.
