Bought for $270 a year ago. Moving apartments so switching up furniture as well. It's really soft and comfortable. The arms can fold up like armrests, and the back folds down to be a comfortable futon bed that sleeps two. There is a small liquid stain on the bottom right that you can see in the pictures. OBO
