Colbey helped me with my purchase he wasn’t pushy and answered almost all my questions. However i had to edit my review because GMC Lynnwood is a joke I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership . When i bought the car it wasn't  cleaned or detailed. (Not a major deal breaker, they filled the tank to make up for the dirty car) The first day i had the car i notice the sunroof didn't work and the driver side mirror kept popping out and falling off. I called they had me bring it back they did absolutely nothing to fix it. They fixed the mirror by just popping it back in which i did myself. Fast forward to about a week after i purchased the vehicle there was a deep humming which they couldn’t figure out what it was so they replaced the fuel pump sent me on my way mind you they had my car for a week And I was having to pay for Ubers because they didn’t give me a rental. So after they fix the fuel pump, the humming noise is still there and none of their senior mechanics can seem to figure it out. They had my car for another week couldn’t figure it out. Put me in a rental car for a couple days after having my car multiple times trying to fix the issue after I had offered to take it to Ford to have them diagnose it so that GMC can fix accurately they refused. Now they’re Completely leaving me on the back burner with a car that still has issues. If you do buy a car off of  their lot, I would make sure it’s brand new. Do not buy any used cars from these people because they don’t give a shit about the car they sold you or the problems that come with.

Not all vehicle purchasing experiences are smooth—trust me, we’ve had our fair share over the years. But our first experience with Seaview was exceptional. From start to finish, it was clear that this family-run dealership truly cares about its customers and wants you to leave feeling confident and happy with your purchase.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new vehicle, and the service and overall experience were outstanding. Special thanks to Joe, Cheryl, Blaine, and Jay for their care, attention, and professionalism throughout the process. Your efforts made all the difference, and we genuinely appreciate it.

Javier at Seaview made the process of buying my accord easy! My girlfriend loves the car and wants me to drive us everywhere ever since I bought it! It was cool sharing stories with Javier about being the same age and it great that he made sure both myself and my girlfriend were included in any conversation. Overall was a pretty awesome car buying process.

The service department took great care of me during my visit to the Seaview dealership. Rather than wait around, I was offered a courtesy ride home and would be picked up when my car was repaired. You can't beat that for excellent customer service. My car was fixed by the next day and I was pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable repair bill.
