2009 Nissan Rogue Sl ( Needs Work But Runs Fine)

This has a clean title it just has my name on it the odometer reading is 137216 it has been reliable there are only a few minor dents on the exterior inside there are two small cuts in the fabric other than that it's a really clean car. The tires do I have low profile tires I just bought I blew one of them but I have put my original Nissan rogue tire in place of it and the low profile tire that blue is in the back of my car where the spare donut should be so that somebody could use that rim. So the thing's wrong with it I had a mechanic check it out there's an exhaust leak the blower motor in the fan is possibly going out the control arms and ball joints need replaced. I am a single mother I need that I need a vehicle and I need some money but this car if it doesn't get fixed it's going to be junk and I'm hoping somebody can put some time and money into it cuz it's a really nice nice clean car and it's been running great and it's done me good and it's still going to do somebody good it just needs those things replaced and I don't have the money for it.
