1975 Airstream Argosy 23'

Selling this 1975 Argosy. We have outgrown it as a family of 6. For the last 2 years it's been parked on our property as a semi permanent camp site. Has 3 beds: 1 entryway fold out couch bed 1 bunk bed in hallway with smaller than twin upper bed and 1 larger than twin perhaps full lower bed. Fold out table Sink Bathroom and shower It definitely needs some serious TLC but is really a great trailer. Working: Gas fridge Stove Range Heater Light (some may need new bulbs and coverings. Water pump Needs: New battery AC unsure. It was working 2 years ago but we haven't used it since because we've always run it off a truck and now ground power. Possible electrical servicing if AC isn't working Service to the waste system. It works fine it's just it has a slight leak when dumping. Bathroom servicing Some of the adhesive and wall paneling including some wall paper has literally melted off in the Arizona sun. Needs some wall work/paint/paneling *if you're interested in the shoot thing and have means to relocated the deck I'm milling to make a price for deck/blackstone/water tote etc if you're planning on making it into an Airbnb or rental.
