Literally upgraded everything because I started with just a frame and not even the og forks . Every part and Allen bolt I put on this bike myself. So starting off I have suntour xct forks , cased bearings in the neck, bontrager racing stem or headset. Gary Fisher crow bar handle bar with Shimano deore shifters and tektra brake levers and custom disc brakes. Bontrager grips and Z handle bar caps or plugs. Bontrager seatpost and seat, Shimano 3 piece crank , Shimano grx back derailer and Shimano deore front derailer. Team super lite Vuelta xrp limited edition 700 series rims with bontrager r1 700x32 tires. All new . Bontrager rear end style kickstand and also a bontrager rear derailer protector. This bike has all new cables and bearings where either is used any and every. This bike is fast as crap the brakes work very well maybe too well so don't do a flip over the handle bars eh. Oh and a sram eagle black and chrome chain.
