Rare Crown ES-224 Electrostatic Speakers

These are rare Crown ES 224 Electrostatic Speaker Tops (no Bass Speaker Bottoms). This is the FULL TOWER version at 39-Inches Tall and it contains 24 Transducer Panels in each cabinet (total of 48 panels).  These were Crown branded speakers that were actually built by RTR during the years Crown wanted to enter the high end speaker business.  These Crown ES 224s each contain two modulation transformers; one each for each set of 12-panels for a total of 24 in each top.  Mid range and Highs are unbelievably clear and transparent. There is an acclaim for RTR Electrostatics and these panels are an excellent example offered in the largest array size they produced. Local pickup only.
