We had a great experience with Baba's Motorsports! Enrique was especially amazing—he took his time with us, gave excellent customer service, and even stayed late so we could take our time picking the right car for our teenage son. We were there after business hours, but he never rushed us, and the office staff was also super accommodating and patient while we completed the paperwork.

While they aren’t big on price negotiations, it’s understandable because their pricing is already very competitive. Overall, highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality used car and great service!

So here is a real review of this dealer. So I bought a Jeep Wrangler from them. Prior to taking the 6 hour drive I called them to confirm no oil leaks with this car as I didn’t want to buy a project car. Well once I got there of course the car was dripping oil. Bailey i think that was his name had the mechanic take it back and figure out what was leaking. They said it was just a washer and the tightened or replaced it. We once I left I get about part way home to SoCal and the car kept shutting off. Pop the hood and find the battery terminals are so loose and can’t be tightened anymore as they were maxed out and stretched. Need replacement. Get home and yes the car leaked all over my driveway. Found the back windows don’t roll up or down, 3 of the wheels are missing a lug. These geniuses could have just taken them off the back spare and all good but no. Back vinyl window doesn’t even go to this year wrangler and he told me it was just unzipped. Nope just to a different Jeep. And worse of all they had two other guys in there getting cars worked on that they sold. All things that their  mechanic should have noticed or just didn’t care about the safety of the customer. Either way. Things that could have possibly been repaired in house and I wouldn’t be giving this review. 2 stars only for quick paperwork and price.

I got a Caravan on July 10th & it broke down on July 13th. I explained to Baba's we are a big family with 5 kids, the youngest 18 months. We have no a/c and windows don't roll down on current car, Thank God for the moonroof. All we want is a safe and drivable car. Bailey assured me that they will pay and fix the issue, car is NOT drivable it has transmission/overheating problems. Bailey has used the vervaige of "your car is at the shop". "The Mech hasn't called me back". "Let me call the mechanic". After weeks of leading me on. Today 8/4 I was told that I might have to pick up the car, the Mechanic is too busy. I still don't know if a mechanic even checked the car or what is wrong with the car. Kids go back to school this week.Not sure what to do. I appreciate any help or support on what to do next. I will keep you guys posted on what happens next

Came back up here from  San Tan Valley  for our daughters going to college! This is our second purchase here! highly recommended family friendly... The owner had a barbecue this time and  even offered us lunch😁
