Masonite 36x80 Entrance door w/ ¼ lite. Was only briefly installed. Only reason it was replaced under warranty was because the manufacturer cut out & installed the lite about 2" higher than it was supposed to. This slab is currently setup as the "passive" slab & has an astrigal mounted to it. It can easily be removed & have the holes bored in it to accommodate a knob, deadbolt or handleset installed. These doors normally sell for $900. This door is available for $400 & I have its mate, the "Active" panel still factory wrapped & strapped for $600.
