Nice guy I kinda feel bad for him. I think he was embarrassed for how they treated my boyfriend. I think the proper thing to do is to call someone before everyone’s time is wasted especially if there a scheduled appointment to view a car. Can’t approve no problem but call someone when you promise to call them back and communicate what you cannot or will not do. Please do better.
