Lighters Matches Fire gel candles Splash proof goggles with clear and dark lenses And more... The cooler has a full 30 days of food for a family of 4 or 60 days for 2 or 90 days for 1. The cooler and crate are included. I built this over several years after ending up in situations where i needed them. I would look to add an emergency blanket to this kit.
