Much bad to say. When you buy an $75000 car you expect some things. Did all my purchasing online and over the phone, all numbers agreed on. Made the trip out of state. Arrive and nothing is ready to go, addresses are wrong, car is dirty and empty with gas. Am told by the end that I can’t take the car because they aren’t happy with the level of insurance I am carrying even though it meets state requirements and my loan requirements. Am told they will ship the car, in 2 days, because they don’t trust me to drive it home. 10 days later it arrives, still empty with fuel with 2 miles in the tank and 80 extra miles of driving, called a liar even though I have a picture of the ODO when I went and saw it, and a temp tag that’s ALREADY expired due to them taking so long shipping it. Waiting 3 weeks and had to make an additional payment on my trade because they FORGOT to send my trade payoff in the state required 2 days after funding. Tried calling 3 days in a row to talk to accounting to make sure it’s been handled. No call back, no email. They will also not process your title work for you, they don’t actually even tell you how to get your registration at all. I also called for 3 days to get that info and have failed to get an answer. So basically I’m making two car payments for a car I CANT drive because I can’t get my registration. 0/10

I have high praise for the crew at Autos Only! Especially Noel! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle of my own and I had done some shopping at other dealers before hand but I greatly appreciated how honest and transparent Noel was and that’s what kept me. I feel like they were asking for a fair price for the condition the vehicle was in and Noel was wonderfully patient with all of the questions we had. They were also kind enough to have their mechanic come over and give our vehicle a quick check because we had a light come on as we were pulling into the lot. To which I am so grateful for! Thank you, Autos Only!

So I got a gift props to this place. This is a very well put together business. The staff is amazing. All of their vehicles are really good. Excellent service one person who really stood out was Shawn I’ve had three bookings with this business. All three vehicles were excellent in perfect condition super clean on time and in the perfect location. One of the vehicles was actually even brought to my house right to me and mind you this is a this is an auto dealership, but they also partner with Toro with rentals and that’s how I heard of them. This man Sean has went above and beyond each time that I pulled up even when I had an issue he made it seem like it wasn’t a problem at all, fixed it and made sure that I didn’t have to wait too long for any service. This is a very excellent staff member and I wanna give him five out of five stars. I’m completely satisfied and happy with everything that he’s done and with this business thank you again auto‘s only.

Spoiler alert for later: I was sold a car with a recall on it, that nissan explicitly states not to sell until fixed. Also it had to be in a shop for 6 weeks for another issue that should've been spotted and apparently wasn't?

I found a car here online, getting a quick quote. My partner also called them to check the price as an out the door price. The first person I spoke with during a test drive told me a higher price, until I showed him my paperwork printed.

The dealership is taking the 4k EV tax credit so the car was 4k more expensive than quoted.

Finally, when picking up my plates from them, I was handed a recall notice. This recall was initiated in September 2024 when I purchased this car June 2025.  Turns out that my car's battery has a chance to catch fire if I charge it using the quick charge function (chademo). One would summize this would have been caught both when the original owner sold it to the dealership (and thus the state sent them this recall) and/or during the inspection that was done on the car. Additionally, i was not informed of the recall prior to purchasing the vehicle.

Additionally the battery had a critical failure to it. It would go from 80 percent charge to 20 percent upon acceleration. Nissan the company replaced this battery **free of charge** but it took six weeks. These were six weeks that the dealership easily had when waiting for a buyer that they didnt care to do for the next owner.

The sales experience was good for my 2017 Fiat 500e (all electric EV): low pressure, informative, pretty friendly. They even facilitated a somewhat tricky registration situation.

Now it's standard practice in WA for dealers to have no warranty on used car sales. I took it for a test drive and it seemed fine, so I went ahead with the purchase. I was already disappointed they would not provide a 2nd key nor basic charging cable, also standard practice. I found out on the way home that all 3 windshield wipers were badly overdue for changing.  And a little later, 2 of the 3 brake lights were out. Now we're talking about an unsafe lack of attention to detail.

I also needed to replace the cabin filter, but I will give them a pass on that since it's hard to just inspect, as well as the passenger door lock motor, a common issue with this model.

They offered to have the license plates mailed since we're in Bremerton, over an hour away (and a stretch for the relatively short range EV). They communicated the typical delay in WA providing plates and registration. When the plates arrived, they mailed the plates with no tracking whatsoever - just a bunch of postage stamps. I was not told to expect this reckless practice, or I would have made the long drive over. I ship packages full time, and the kicker is they didn't even save money using stamps instead of USPS Ground Advantage service.

So if you are going to have your license plates mailed, confirm they have joined the 21st century by including at least basic package tracking.

I am leaving a 3rd star in for an important reason: not even the my overall satisfaction with the car, but they were communicative the whole time, especially Anthony. They didn't avoid me because things went a little sideways. Still, there were missed opportunities to rise above the fray of used car dealers.
