1 year old sofa purchased from AllModern. Performance fabric. Model: Aaron 2 - Piece Upholstered Chaise Sectional - Reversible Sofa is in good shape. Only issue is some torn fabric underneath which has been trimmed away. I’ll help you carry the sofa from my unit to your truck/moving van. This is a 3 person job so bring a friend. I am on the 3rd floor and we have an elevator. The chaise can be removed which makes moving it all easier. Listed for free because I need to clear space ASAP
