I had an outstanding experience with The Best Used Car Sales dealership when purchasing my 2011 black Lexus ES350. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and reassured me throughout the entire process. They really took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect car. The Lexus itself is in fantastic condition—runs like a dream! The price was fair, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re in the market for a quality used vehicle, I highly recommend this place. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart!

First Off do not buy a car from this facility. My husband and I purchased a car from this place and received nothing but problems from the start. We test drove a vehicle and asked about the air not getting cool during our drive. The sales guy told us that he will take it to his mechanic to have it re-charged if we wanted to buy it. We told him yes we wanted to buy it. The car drove nice and it was very clean. We spent a few hours (not a dealership issue but a credit union issue on our end) we finalized paperwork and left. We drove the vehicle to Riverside and then drove it home to Victorville. On the way up the Cajon pass the vehicles turbo went out and the car went into limp mode. We  were able to drive it home but it took forever. We called the dealership and the sales guy said legally he doesn’t have to do anything but morally he feels obligated. He said to have it towed down there and he will have his mechanic look at it. He also said that the vehicle passed smog in March so it’s not him. So I did some research and come to find out they have a dealership, mechanic, and tire shop on the same lot. Found out the mechanic has been reported for illegal smogs in 2020 - 2022. My husband and I made the decision to not go through them but to go through Honda. Best decision ever. They told us the turbo went out. Honda said that a warning light will come up a few times before it goes out. Which was reset by the dealer. The ac condenser went out (leaking like a siv) which the dealer knew about. Now both of those things were covered through Honda. So we were good on our end. But the fact that the dealership has lied and reset codes and sold us a vehicle with a leaking condenser is outrageous. Please do not shop here. Don’t trust the mechanic either. Very bad company. I am not sure how they get their good reviews but I don’t think it has anything to do with the good service maybe paid marketing.

They helped me out perfectly and walked me through all the proper steps to find my dream car im very happy with the car and how fast it took only a day in and out

Be aware of this dealer. He sell car removed engine code, this code will be back very soon. My code appears the day after I bought from him. Try to contact him, never answer. Then I post 1 star on Google maps. He noticed it, call me back ask for remove 1  star review. And let me take car back to take a look. I take it back, he use a code reader find the same code my reader have. And said he can do nothing.
I use my reader do the same thing, code came back the next day. The owner definitely knows there was something wrong with his car engine, and ereas code and sell it to someone.
Plan to not to post bad reviews to him, but don't want anyone else face this situation again.

As many you know used car Sales experience has had not such a good reputation 🤔 quees  what we got lucky to have found The Best Used Car Sales ( San Bernardino) but even better had the best experience on all levels to meet Andrea Demagassi first by 📞 I was helping my Japanesse home student Student Shunske  we found a 2011 CAMRY White ( low mileage’ )  excellent very detailled and clean , for one that was in high end retail  Sales for over 45 yrs Andrea was a total pro never felt pressured what made the whole experience was how detail on all aspects   ( the test drive was perfect ) Andrea total break down and sold us a great 3mos warranty ; this was on a Saturday ( Memorial WKND) the next Sunday we went to see the car ; Andrea was off that Sunday Andrea  ( Andrea came by anyway) had one of her call workers Clara which by the way was also pro on all levels ; unfortunately  we could not complete the transaction due to Shunske CC would not approve the amount $ he had to contact his bank to ok the purchase the following day  (Monday ) came on her off day ( Sunday )  to make sure all went well now that what a total Pro I even told the owner how lucky he is to have Andrea as part of her sales staff also Clara as well! I end this review with the best  wishes on future sales also to The Best Used Car Sales SAN BERNARDINO 🙏👍👏🚙  my final ratting 5++++
