This is a manual reclining loveseat. Both seats recline. The material is microfiber, which makes it easy to clean. I bought it because it is very comfortable, but I no longer need it (currently have too many couches and looking to downsize). I bought it from Lay-Z-Boy for $1079, the current sale price from Lay-Z-Boy. Wayfair has it on sale for $1250. I'm selling it for $700. I don't have any pets and there is no damage (looks the same as the day I bought it). The measurements are: 63" W x 40" D x 41" H The backrest comes off completely, which reduces the transportation height down to 24". Pickup only. No lowball offers.
